1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Booma platform (hereinafter "the Service"), operated by Impact365, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Booma is an interactive event platform for creating and facilitating events, quizzes, surveys, workshops and exams. The Service includes response collection, AI-powered analysis, and report generation.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and respectfully. You may not: • Attempt to compromise the security of the Service • Collect personal data without consent • Distribute illegal, hateful or discriminatory content • Use the Service for harassment purposes
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, its source code, design and brand are the property of Impact365. Content you create on the platform belongs to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content for the purposes of the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Impact365 does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
7. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms, with reasonable notice except in emergencies.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec (Canada). Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the district of Québec.
9. Artificial Intelligence Processing
The Service uses artificial intelligence to: • Analyze responses collected during activities (quizzes, surveys, workshops) • Generate summaries and reports for organizers • Transcribe audio recordings when this feature is enabled • Extract vocabulary from uploaded documents All AI processing is performed on our own European infrastructure (Scaleway, France). No data is transmitted to third-party AI services. Results generated by AI are support tools and do not constitute professional advice.
10. Service Availability
We strive to keep the Service accessible at all times. However, we do not guarantee any specific level of availability (SLA). The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you whenever possible of any planned interruptions.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. In case of substantial changes, you will be notified by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect. Your use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may terminate your account before they take effect.
